STORE KEEPERS (7 POSTS) @ MERU AGRO-TOURS & CONSULTANTS CO. LTD (MATCC)
MATCC requires 7 organized Store Keepers to manage inventory and warehouse operations at our regional hubs in Sumbawanga, Makambako, Ifakara, Korogwe, Kasulu, Singida, and Dodoma. You will be responsible for the accurate record-keeping of stock, managing the receipt and storage of agricultural inputs, and ensuring the timely dispatch of goods to various sales points. Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment is essential for operational efficiency.
The role involves conducting regular stock counts, reconciling inventory records, and utilizing basic computer skills to update digital databases. Candidates should have a background in logistics or procurement and at least one year of experience in a similar role. Your contribution will be vital in ensuring that our supply chain remains robust and that products are available to our customers when and where they are needed.

Key Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Storekeeping, Logistics, or Procurement
Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in storekeeping
Basic computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word
Manage inventory and stock records with high accuracy
Handle receiving, storage, and dispatch of agricultural goods
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconciliations
Ensure the safety and security of the warehouse premises at all times
Basic knowledge of supply chain management principles
Ability to organize warehouse layouts for optimal efficiency and flow
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
Ability to lift and move stock as required by warehouse activities
