The Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Manager will be responsible for tracking and verifying the performance of field staff at Meru Agro-Tours & Consultants Co. Ltd. Based in Arusha, this role ensures the accuracy and timeliness of sales and marketing data, providing critical insights into the company's operational efficiency. You will identify performance gaps and recommend strategic improvements to enhance productivity and service delivery across the organization. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong data analysis capabilities. You will work to refine internal reporting systems and ensure that management has the necessary information to make informed decisions regarding agricultural research and service provision. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with specialized M&E training.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in monitoring and evaluation roles.
Strong data analysis and statistical skills.
