Meru Agro-Tours & Consultants Co. Ltd is hiring Finance Officers to support budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting at our Arusha HQ. These roles are vital for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the company remains compliant with all relevant tax regulations, including NSSF and WCF. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on financial integrity and the efficient allocation of resources within the agricultural input sector. As a Finance Officer, you will utilize MS Office and QuickBooks to process transactions, manage accounts, and prepare detailed financial reports for management review. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years’ professional accounting or finance experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Advanced skills in QuickBooks accounting software.
Solid knowledge of tax compliance including NSSF and WCF.
Experience in budgeting and financial forecasting processes.
Strong financial analysis and interpretation skills.
Accurate record-keeping and data entry skills.
Understanding of Tanzanian financial laws and regulations.
High level of integrity and professional ethics in handling finances.
