A healthcare client is seeking a creative and dedicated Content Creator to join their team on a part-time or contract basis. The primary goal of this role is to significantly enhance the client's online presence, educate the community on vital health topics, and ensure that healthcare services are more visible and accessible to the public. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging end-to-end content, including videos and social media posts, that resonate with a local audience and build trust within the community. The role requires a high level of technical proficiency in mobile video editing and a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape in Tanzania. Candidates must be adept at translating complex medical information into clear, easy-to-understand content while strictly adhering to patient privacy standards and national advertising regulations. Key Requirements
Submit a portfolio showing 3+ videos or posts created end-to-end for healthcare, wellness, or local business.
Provide a CV demonstrating experience in filming and editing on mobile devices using tools like CapCut, InShot, or Premiere Rush.
Proven ability to explain complex medical topics clearly to a lay audience without using technical jargon.
Comprehensive understanding of patient privacy protocols and healthcare advertising guidelines specific to Tanzania.
Full fluency in both English and Swahili for effective communication and content production.
Proven reliability and availability to meet project deadlines and content schedules as needed.
Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute visual stories from scratch.
Familiarity with social media algorithms and trends to maximize content reach and engagement.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple content pieces and adhere to the submission deadline.
Experience in community engagement or health promotion is highly desirable for this role.
