Merchants is currently seeking two motivated and reliable Shop Attendants (Wauza Duka) to join our retail team in Arusha. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing daily shop operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales to meet targets. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about fashion and retail, capable of handling transactions accurately, and maintaining the store's presentation at a high standard. This position offers a competitive monthly base salary of 412,000 TSHS, supplemented by an attractive sales commission structure to reward your hard work and dedication. Key Requirements
Possess a Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution
Excellent verbal communication skills in Swahili and English
