The Security Supervisor will play a critical role in managing security personnel, coordinating incident responses, and maintaining a secure environment across the hotel premises. Key Requirements
Strong communication and observation skills.
Minimum 2+ years' experience in a security supervisory role within a hotel.
Ability to work effectively in a busy 5-star hotel environment.
Extensive experience in security operations and team management.
Advanced knowledge of access control and fire safety protocols.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Proven integrity and high ethical standards.
Excellent technical writing skills for detailed incident reporting.
Strong leadership and staff training abilities.
Must be a local resident of Zanzibar.
