We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our expanding team in Dubai, focusing on driving business growth across the flooring, coatings, and gym equipment sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities and managing the entire project sales lifecycle, from lead generation to project delivery. You will manage key client accounts and build long-term professional relationships while providing technical insights and tailored product solutions to meet specific client needs. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. Compensation for this position includes Salary + Commission. Key Requirements
2–5 years of sales experience in flooring, coatings, construction materials, or fitness/gym equipment
Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
Technical sales understanding is a plus
UAE driving license preferred
Ability to develop and expand new business opportunities
Experience in managing key client accounts and building long-term relationships
Handle end-to-end project sales professionally
Provide technical insights and tailored product solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
Strong motivation to drive business growth across multiple sectors
