The Electrical Team Leader will prepare and execute preventive maintenance plans aligned with organizational goals, ensuring all electrical and electronic systems are functional. The role involves developing SOPs, monitoring spare parts inventory, and scheduling maintenance work orders to minimize machine downtime.
This position requires strong leadership, technical diagnostic skills, and the ability to estimate costs for labor and repairs. The Electrical Team Leader will report directly to the Production Manager and coordinate with other departments to ensure consistent maintenance excellence and high personal safety standards.
