EXPORT MANAGER @ MEGA BEVERAGES LIMITED
Mega Beverages Limited, a prominent beverage company based in Arusha, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Export Manager to lead its international sales growth efforts. The primary focus of this role is to expand the company’s presence across regional and global markets by developing and implementing robust export strategies. You will be instrumental in identifying new market opportunities and establishing strong relationships with international distributors and trade partners to strengthen the company’s footprint in the African market and beyond.
In addition to strategic planning, the Export Manager will oversee the end-to-end coordination of export logistics, ensuring that all shipments are planned and delivered efficiently. This involves working closely with logistics providers, clearing agents, and transporters while maintaining strict compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and laws governing regional trade blocs like EAC, SADC, and COMESA. The successful candidate will leverage their commercial acumen to negotiate pricing and contracts, ensuring competitive positioning in the global FMCG sector.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 to 8 years of professional experience specifically in export sales.
Strong professional background within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
Comprehensive knowledge of international trade regulations and documentation.
Practical experience working within regional trade blocs such as EAC, SADC, and COMESA.
Proven ability to identify, appoint, and manage international distributors and trade partners.
Expertise in coordinating complex export logistics and managing clearing agents.
Advanced negotiation skills for handling pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements.
Excellent strategic thinking capabilities focused on international market development.
Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain high-level business relationships.
