GRADUATE TRAINEE - BUSINESS MANAGEMENT & OPERATIONS (2026) @ MEDILOOP
Mediloop is looking for dedicated recent graduates to join the Business Management & Operations track of our 2026 Graduate Trainee Program. We are currently developing a Universal Health ID system for Uganda, and the operations team is essential in ensuring the project’s infrastructure is managed effectively. This position is located in Nakawa, Kampala, at the ICT Innovation Hub, where trainees will be at the forefront of national medical-data integration.
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in business processes, operational management, and project coordination. You will be tasked with optimizing workflows and supporting the administrative functions that keep our health-tech initiatives running smoothly. This program offers a comprehensive path for developing business leadership skills within a mission-driven organization focused on transforming healthcare through data.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed in 2024, 2025, or expected in 2026.
Demonstrated leadership skills and initiative.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
Critical thinking skills for business process improvement.
Interest in operational workflows and management systems.
High level of professional integrity and ethics.
Commitment to the Mediloop mission of universal health data.
