Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of professional construction experience.
Must be currently based in Dubai, UAE.
Possession of a valid UAE Society of Engineers membership.
Demonstrated expertise in site supervision and execution.
Excellent coordination skills with consultants and subcontractors.
Ability to join the company immediately upon selection.
Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
In-depth knowledge of local Dubai building regulations and safety standards.
Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
