mdakibusime is currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales & Content Presentation professional to join its team in Dar es Salaam. This role involves a strategic combination of field sales and professional property presentation, aimed at driving business growth within the competitive real estate sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for showcasing property listings, engaging with potential buyers, and utilizing content presentation techniques to highlight the value of various real estate assets.
The position demands a high level of proactivity and exceptional negotiation skills to navigate the local market effectively. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end sales process, from initial client contact and site visits to the finalization of legal documentation. Candidates will need to leverage their knowledge of real estate law and market trends to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with a diverse client base in Tanzania.

Key Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in real estate (added advantage).
Valid driving license with good driving skills.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Highly proactive with strong follow-up skills to achieve sales targets.
Knowledge of property/real estate market.
Understanding of legal aspects of real estate transactions.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Diploma or Degree in PR & Marketing, Sales and Marketing, or Business Administration.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client portfolios simultaneously.
Ability to create and deliver engaging content presentations for real estate listings.
