AREA MANAGER @ MAYZON GROUP
The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of Vodashops and Service Desks within the assigned region, ensuring achievement of sales targets, operational excellence, compliance, and effective people management. Mayzon Group Limited is a fast-growing company and an authorized business partner of Vodacom Tanzania, seeking a highly motivated professional to lead regional sales initiatives.
In this role, the incumbent will supervise shop managers and sales executives, conduct performance audits, and drive customer service excellence. You will coordinate closely with the Head Office to implement operational strategies, resolve daily business challenges, and ensure all assigned locations meet their key performance indicators while maintaining strict adherence to Vodacom operational standards.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations, sales management, or a supervisory role
Proven experience in the telecommunications industry
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and people management skills
Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region
Valid driving licence
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and reporting tools
Demonstrated ability to meet business KPIs and sales targets
Strong integrity, accountability, and customer focus
