BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (UPWORK BIDDER) @ MAYABYTES

This critical role involves identifying project opportunities and securing new business through international freelance platforms. The ideal candidate will have two to three years of experience and a proven track record of success. Please note that this position involves working night shifts from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM to align with international client time zones. The workplace is situated at PECHS, Allama Iqbal Road in Karachi. Your responsibilities will include drafting persuasive proposals, communicating effectively with potential clients, and understanding technical requirements to ensure project feasibility. Key Requirements
2-3 years of experience in business development or as an Upwork bidder
Proven track record of winning projects on freelancing platforms
Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to write professional and customized proposals
Strong understanding of IT services and project requirements
Capability to work during night shifts from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
Ability to meet sales targets and key performance indicators
Good research and analytical skills to identify potential leads
Knowledge of client acquisition strategies in the digital space
