Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
Proven experience in Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) production and management.
In-depth knowledge of steel fabrication processes and quality control standards.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse production team.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering/production software.
Solid understanding of industrial safety regulations and compliance.
Ability to manage production schedules and meet strict project deadlines.
Experience in material procurement and inventory control systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for technical troubleshooting.
Strong communication and reporting skills to update senior management.
