ENGINEER – MINING PROJECTS (ERECTION WORKS) @ MAXSTEEL AFRICA

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the physical installation and assembly of steel structures and specialized machinery at various mining sites. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
Extensive experience in heavy industrial construction or mining infrastructure projects.
Specialized expertise in the erection and installation of large-scale steel structures.
Strong ability to read and interpret complex engineering blueprints and drawings.
Proven experience in site management and supervising subcontracted labor.
Deep knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols in mining.
Ability to conduct site inspections and certify the quality of erection works.
Proficiency in project management software and site reporting tools.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams.
Willingness to work in remote mining locations across Tanzania as required.
