COMMERCIAL FARMS ADVISOR @ MAXIM AGRI
Maxim Agri is seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Farms Advisor to join our team in Tanzania. This role is primarily based in Mwanza and is a 100% field-oriented position. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with medium to large-scale commercial fish farms, ensuring they receive the technical support and commercial guidance needed to thrive in the region's rapidly growing aquaculture sector.
The ideal candidate should possess a unique blend of deep aquaculture technical knowledge and a strong commercial drive. You will act as a key advisor to farm owners, helping them optimize their operations, specifically focusing on Tilapia farming. By leveraging your expertise in agribusiness and sales, you will contribute significantly to the impact of Maxim Agri in East Africa. This role requires extensive travel within the Mwanza region to provide on-site support and foster long-term partnerships.

Strong aquaculture technical expertise.
