Max Steel Africa is seeking a highly skilled Tekla Detailer & Modeler to join our dynamic engineering team in Tanzania. This role involves creating complex 3D models and detailed shop drawings for structural steel projects. The successful candidate will work closely with our engineering and fabrication departments to ensure that all designs meet international standards and project specifications. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about precision and efficiency in structural modeling.

Key Requirements
Proficiency in Tekla Structures software for 3D modeling.
Proven experience in structural steel detailing and shop drawing preparation.
Ability to interpret architectural and structural engineering blueprints accurately.
Deep knowledge of international building codes and steel construction standards.
A degree or diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized institution.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality output.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with fabrication and erection teams.
Experience working on large-scale industrial or mining infrastructure projects.
Ability to meet strict project deadlines and manage time effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a technical environment.
