Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.
Significant experience in the erection of structural steel within industrial settings.
Specific experience managing engineering projects within the mining industry.
Proficiency in interpreting complex structural drawings and erection sequences.
Strong knowledge of site safety protocols and heavy lifting operations.
Experience in managing subcontractors and on-site labor teams.
