Mawibho Beverages is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Storekeeper Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient management of stock-in and stock-out procedures, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and ensuring that all products are stored safely and according to company standards.
In this leadership role, you will be tasked with supervising warehouse staff, implementing strategies to prevent loss and shrinkage, and maintaining accurate records of all inventory transactions. You must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong organizational skills to support our beverage distribution operations.

Key Requirements
Degree in Logistics or Warehouse Management
Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in warehouse operations
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and specialized inventory management software
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proven ability to monitor and reduce inventory shrinkage
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Clear and professional communication skills
Ability to maintain accurate documentation and audit trails
Strong problem-solving skills in logistics scenarios
Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
