INVENTORY OFFICER @ MAWIBHO BEVERAGES S & D CO. LTD
Mawibho Beverages S & D Co. Ltd is a leading beverage distribution company currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Officer to join our team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end inventory process, ensuring accurate stock records, managing incoming and outgoing goods, and performing regular reconciliations to maintain optimal supply chain efficiency. This role is critical to our operations, as you will provide management with essential data regarding product availability, stock movement patterns, and inventory discrepancies.
In addition to technical duties, the Inventory Officer will be expected to monitor product life cycles, track expiry dates, and manage damaged goods to minimize loss. You will work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure that our inventory management systems are consistently updated and that all operational procedures comply with company quality standards. We are looking for a proactive professional who can demonstrate integrity and accountability while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Inventory Management, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field
Practical experience in stock, warehouse, or inventory control
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software
Proven experience in stock counting and reconciliation
High level of integrity and accountability
Strong attention to detail
Good teamwork and communication skills
Ability to analyze data and generate detailed reports
Understanding of safety and compliance standards in warehouse management
Effective problem-solving skills regarding inventory discrepancies
