REGIONAL MANAGER: OPERATIONS & STORES @ MAVUKA PEOPLE ADVISORY
Mavuka People Advisory is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager to lead operational excellence across a portfolio of high-performing restaurant locations in Durban. We are searching for a hands-on leader with strong multi-site operational experience, commercial acumen, and a genuine passion for people development and customer experience. This role is critical in ensuring that every store within the region operates at peak efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of the brand.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and operational performance by leading and developing Restaurant General Managers. You will analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities, support regional growth initiatives, and build high-performing teams characterized by accountability. This position requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple stakeholders and ensure brand consistency across all retail and restaurant operations in South Africa.

Key Requirements
5+ years in regional or multi-unit operations leadership
QSR, hospitality, retail, or franchise experience advantageous
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to drive sales growth and operational performance
Experience leading and developing Restaurant General Managers
Ability to analyze financial and operational performance data
Experience in ensuring brand consistency across multiple locations
Capacity to support and drive regional growth initiatives
Skill in building high-performing teams with a culture of accountability
Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking abilities
