Maverick Recruitment Agency is seeking two experienced Assistant Hotel Managers to join a leading hospitality establishment in Arusha, Tanzania. This role is pivotal for maintaining high service standards, managing daily operations, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing team performance, managing F&B operations, and stepping in for the Hotel Manager when necessary.
The position offers a competitive salary range of 1,300,000 Tshs – 2,600,000 Tshs per month, with additional benefits including provided accommodation and meals. Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–10 years of relevant experience in a luxury/high-end lounge, hotel, or similar hospitality establishment.
Strong experience in hotel operations and team management.
Proven experience in Restaurant and Food & Beverage (F&B) management.
Excellent customer service and VIP guest-handling skills.
Strong leadership and staff supervision abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
