We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses to join our dynamic home care team. The successful candidates will be pivotal in providing direct patient care, managing health conditions, and offering essential support to clients in their residences across Dar es Salaam. This role involves working 12-hour shifts, with flexibility required for day shifts, night shifts, or a rotational schedule, ensuring continuous and comprehensive care for our patients. You will be comfortable working independently while maintaining strong clinical, communication, and patient-care skills.

Key Requirements
Possess an active Nursing Council licence to practice, which must be current and not expired.
Must reside within Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, to facilitate timely patient care.
Ability to commit to 12-hour shift patterns, including day, night, or rotational availability, as assigned.
Demonstrate strong clinical skills for effective patient assessment and intervention.
Exhibit excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and team members.
Possess strong patient-care skills, ensuring empathy and high-quality service.
Be reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently in a home-care setting.
