Operating from the Kivulini Maternity Centre in Ngaramtoni ya Chini, Arusha, the organization emphasizes clinical excellence and compassionate care. They are seeking a qualified Nurse-Midwife to manage maternal health services including antenatal, labor, delivery, and postnatal care. Key Requirements
Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery
Valid TNMC registration certificates
Current nurse practicing licence
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in labour ward, RCH, or theatre
Competence in managing obstetric emergencies
Strong interpersonal and patient care skills
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
Fluency in English and Kiswahili
Ability to work in a collaborative healthcare team
Compassionate, ethical, and patient-centered care approach
