The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new mining project opportunities, strategically growing the business, and managing key client relationships and strategic partnerships. Key responsibilities include driving market expansion initiatives, maintaining strategic client relationships, conducting thorough market and competitor research to inform growth strategies, and building strategic alliances with mining companies and contractors. The role also entails coordinating marketing and promotional efforts, ensuring accurate CRM and business pipeline reporting, and representing Master Drilling at industry events and stakeholder engagements.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related field
Minimum 5-6 years' experience in Business Development, Sales or Marketing within the mining industry
Proven experience in client relationship management
Experience with tender and proposal processes
Strong strategic business development capabilities
Experience conducting market analysis and research
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Experience in mining, drilling or engineering services
Established mining industry network within Tanzania
