AFRICAN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER @ MASTER AUTO
Master Auto is looking for a dedicated African Business Development Manager to lead our market expansion efforts in Ethiopia. The successful candidate will focus on the intralogistics and warehouse equipment sector, including cooling systems and automated storage solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to business development, utilizing local networks to establish our brand as a leader in logistics technology. The position is offered as a remote opportunity, providing the flexibility of a home office while focusing on the Ethiopian market.
You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and managing ongoing client relationships. In addition to a competitive base salary, this role offers an unlimited commission structure, incentivizing high performance and market growth. Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales or sales management.
Specific expertise in the logistics equipment industry (Racking, Forklifts, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to leverage industry contacts and networks independently.
Proven capability in team leadership and management of sales professionals.
Native or near-native fluency in English and relevant local languages.
Bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognized academic institution.
Deep knowledge of automated warehouse and shuttle system technologies.
Track record of achieving sales targets in the East African market.
Exceptional organizational skills and self-motivation for remote work.
Ability to conduct market analysis and identify growth opportunities.
