Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales or sales management.
Specific expertise in the logistics equipment industry (Racking, Forklifts, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to leverage industry contacts and networks independently.
Proven capability in team leadership and management of sales professionals.
Native or near-native fluency in English and relevant local languages.
Bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognized academic institution.
Familiarity with Tanzanian import/export and logistics regulations.
Proven success in B2B sales within the industrial sector.
Excellent analytical skills to track sales trends and performance.
Strong digital literacy for remote collaboration and reporting.
