AFRICAN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER @ MASTER AUTO

Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales or sales management.
Specific expertise in the logistics equipment industry (Racking, Forklifts, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to leverage industry contacts and networks independently.
Proven capability in team leadership and management of sales professionals.
Native or near-native fluency in English and relevant local languages.
Bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognized academic institution.
Strong understanding of warehouse cooling and shuttle systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and expand local markets without constant supervision.
Proficiency in CRM software and modern sales reporting tools.
