Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AWS cloud services.
Hands-on expertise with AWS AppStream implementation and support.
In-depth knowledge of AWS WorkSpaces for virtual desktop infrastructure.
Proven experience managing and troubleshooting AWS RDS databases.
Strong proficiency in RDP Support and remote connectivity troubleshooting.
Solid background in managing large-scale Cloud Infrastructure.
Ability to support US-based clients and work according to relevant time zones.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for cloud environments.
Familiarity with network security protocols and AWS security groups.
Relevant AWS Certification such as SysOps Administrator or Solutions Architect.
