We are urgently seeking five skilled Production Engineers for our UAE Operations team. Successful applicants must demonstrate strong, hands-on experience in Steel Fabrication, Structural, Plate & Piping environments, preferably within contracting firms. Immediate availability is highly sought after. The Production Engineer will be responsible for translating design specifications into executable production plans, monitoring manufacturing processes, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring production goals are met efficiently and safely under the supervision of the Production Manager.
Essential background includes practical experience with Steel Fabrication Structural/Plate/Piping utilized in high-stakes environments such as Refineries, Petrochemical, and Fertilizer Projects. Interviews are scheduled for early March 2026 in Kochi and Mumbai, with remote interview options available.

Key Requirements
Professional experience as a Production Engineer in the fabrication industry.
Strong technical knowledge of Steel Fabrication, Structural, Plate, and Piping techniques.
Involvement in projects related to Refineries, Petrochemical, or Fertilizers.
Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints.
Experience in optimizing workflow and reducing production bottlenecks.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or relevant Engineering field.
Familiarity with QAQC procedures and inspection requirements.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Short notice period availability preferred for immediate joining.
Proficiency in relevant CAD/CAM or production planning software.
