Key Requirements
Significant experience as a Production Manager in the heavy engineering/contracting sector.
Expert knowledge of Steel Fabrication, Structural, Plate, and Piping processes.
Prior experience managing production for Refineries/Petrochemical/Fertilizer projects.
Demonstrated success in optimizing production output and efficiency.
Strong grasp of lean manufacturing principles or similar methodologies.
Ability to manage large teams of technical staff and laborers.
Relevant Engineering degree (e.g., Mechanical or Production Engineering).
Commitment to maintaining stringent QAQC standards in fabrication.
Experience with resource scheduling and capacity planning.
Readiness for immediate deployment in the UAE.
