Key Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales of motorcycle spare parts.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales of car spare parts.
Demonstrated high levels of honesty and integrity in professional conduct.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry and spare parts market.
Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
Valid driving license (preferably for both motorcycles and cars).
Proficiency in Swahili and English, both written and verbal.
