Key Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in multi-product sales, specifically personal loans and credit cards.
Must be currently located in the United Arab Emirates and available for in-person interviews.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential clients.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
Ability to explain complex financial products in a clear and persuasive manner.
Proficiency in telemarketing and lead generation techniques.
Highly motivated, self-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is considered an advantage.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a high volume of sales leads.
