Our organization is looking for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to oversee our commercial landscape in Saudi Arabia. As part of the executive leadership team, you will focus on scaling revenue through strategic business development and robust sales management. This role requires a visionary leader who can integrate commercial operations with global organizational goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. The role offers hybrid or remote work options to accommodate professional flexibility while supporting our growth in the region.
The successful candidate will lead the charge in defining pricing strategies and managing high-stakes contracts and customer relationships. You will be tasked with identifying and securing new partnership opportunities and expanding our reach into untapped markets. Compensation is highly competitive, with a monthly base salary ranging from $12,000 USD to $30,000 USD depending on your level of experience. Additional benefits include housing allowances for KSA, family health insurance, and relocation assistance.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 15 years of professional commercial leadership experience.
At least 5 years of experience in a C-level or senior VP role (CCO, CSO, or VP of Sales).
Proven track record of scaling revenue in both B2B and B2C environments.
Advanced expertise in sales operations, complex negotiations, and partner ecosystems.
Data-driven decision-making capabilities with strong analytical skills.
Exceptional leadership and communication abilities to lead global teams.
Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree is strongly preferred.
Significant experience working in global or multi-regional corporate environments.
Demonstrated ability to align commercial efforts with product and marketing functions.
Extensive background in identifying and entering new market channels.
