This is a high-impact leadership role at the heart of a large-scale Core Banking Transformation. We are looking for a seasoned Delivery Manager with deep banking data expertise, hands-on delivery leadership, and proven experience driving end-to-end Data and Analytics workstreams within a Core Banking Migration. The successful candidate will lead complex data programs, understand the intricacies of core banking systems, and thrive in high-visibility transformation environments. The role involves full ownership of Data, Reporting and Integration workstreams, ensuring accurate sourcing for downstream systems and supporting mapping, transformation logic, and reconciliation during migration. The role also involves overseeing technology and platform architecture across Hadoop-based platforms, Azure data services, and streaming frameworks. You will manage integration and real-time data pipelines, including CDC, replication via GoldenGate, and event streaming using Kafka. Furthermore, the position requires overseeing dashboards and reporting via Qlik and Power BI, aligning operational, regulatory, and MIS reporting.
