HSE DIRECTOR @ MARAH QADER RECRUITMENT
We are seeking a highly experienced HSE Director to lead health, safety, and environmental programs across major construction and industrial mega projects in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring best-in-class safety standards and maintaining strict compliance with both local and international HSE regulations. This is a senior leadership role requiring a strategic mindset and operational expertise to manage complex safety frameworks in a high-stakes environment. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive HSE policies, conducting thorough audits, and leading risk assessment processes. You will collaborate closely with project and operations teams to maintain excellence and drive safety awareness through training initiatives. The position offers a monthly salary ranging from AED 60,000 to AED 100,000 plus benefits, reflecting the high level of responsibility and expertise required for this Director/VP level role.
Key Requirements
Minimum 10-15+ years of senior HSE experience
Proven leadership at Director/VP level
Strong strategic and operational expertise
Proven experience managing HSE in large-scale mega projects
Ability to develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies
Expertise in conducting audits and risk assessments
In-depth knowledge of local and international HSE regulations
Experience leading HSE training and awareness initiatives
