SENIOR ORGANIC & PERFORMANCE GROWTH MANAGER @ MANGOTRAX
Mangotrax is seeking a dedicated and hands-on Senior Organic & Performance Growth Manager to join our dynamic team in a hybrid or remote-first capacity. This role is specifically designed for a performance marketer who is not just an SEO manager focused on reporting, but a professional who can own the end-to-end SEO process for qualified lead generation. You will be instrumental in scaling Mangotrax’s organic growth engine, working on a mix of existing and upcoming SEO engagements while ensuring that organic strategies are deeply integrated with PPC and CRO funnels.
In this role, you will go beyond simple keyword rankings and dashboard management, focusing instead on lead generation and overall revenue impact. You will lead technical, content, and authority execution while participating in high-level client-facing growth discussions. As the portfolio grows, you will have the opportunity to scale team support and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of organic performance marketing within the company. Key Requirements
Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in performance marketing and SEO roles.
Proven ability to own end-to-end SEO strategies specifically for qualified lead generation.
Strong expertise in technical SEO execution, including site architecture and crawling optimizations.
Deep understanding of content and authority execution to drive organic visibility.
Experience aligning SEO strategies closely with PPC and CRO funnels for a holistic marketing approach.
Confidence and professionalism in leading client-facing growth discussions and presentations.
Strong focus on leads and revenue impact rather than just traffic or keyword rankings.
Working knowledge of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and AI-driven search trends.
A high ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
Proficiency in utilizing advanced SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable growth insights.
