Malcrove is seeking a highly skilled IT Engineer specializing in the Elastic Stack (ELK) to join their team onsite in the United Arab Emirates. This role is central to designing, deploying, and managing robust Elasticsearch clusters while developing optimized Logstash pipelines for efficient data ingestion. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating insightful dashboards and visualizations using Kibana to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Beyond cluster management, the IT Engineer will monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement best practices for security, scalability, and high availability. Collaborating closely with DevOps and engineering teams, the role requires a deep understanding of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Ideal candidates should possess over five years of experience and have a strong analytical mindset to ensure the scalability and reliability of the infrastructure while managing data pipelines and monitoring systems.

Key Requirements

Strong experience with Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana (ELK Stack). Good understanding of Elastic Observability, Logging, and Monitoring. Experience with cluster management, indexing, and performance tuning. Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Familiarity with data pipelines, Kafka, or Beats. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT engineering roles. Proven ability to design and deploy scalable Elastic environments. Ability to implement security best practices and high availability configurations. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with DevOps and engineering teams. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash for automation. Understanding of network protocols and system administration in a Linux environment.
