BIM MODELER / PROJECT COORDINATOR @ MAKSIM INFOTECH

Despite regional market challenges, the company continues to experience growth and is strengthening its capabilities in specialized areas such as BIM A S MEP Modeling from LOD 200 to LOD 500. The role involves working on complex projects including Scan to BIM, Cad to BIM, and Scan to 3D Asbuilt Modeling specifically for Oil & Gas industrial plants.
Candidates will be responsible for high-level project coordination and delivery, ensuring that digital twins and as-built models meet strict industry standards. Key Requirements
Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Plant3D, or SmartPlant 3D.
Experience in MEP Modeling with levels of detail ranging from LOD 200 to LOD 500.
Expertise in Scan to BIM and Cad to BIM conversion processes.
Ability to work with Point Cloud data for 3D Asbuilt Modeling.
Knowledge of Oil & Gas industrial plant modeling requirements.
Proven track record in project coordination and delivery within the AEC industry.
Understanding of Digital Twin technology and its application in construction.
Ability to generate accurate 2D and 3D drawings from laser scan data.
Strong communication skills for collaboration with international partners.
Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
