Key Requirements
6-8+ years of corporate M&A experience
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the Florida State Bar
Proven experience in full ownership of complex M&A transactions
Ability to run deals from structuring through closing
Strong background in Private Equity (PE) exposure
Experience serving as the primary client contact
Skill in coordinating tax, regulatory, and finance specialists
Experience mentoring and supervising junior legal associates
Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills
