POOL ATTENDANT @ MAISHA MATAMU BOUTIQUE
We are looking for a vigilant and friendly Pool Attendant to manage our pool area at Maisha Matamu Boutique in Paje Beach, Zanzibar. The Pool Attendant is responsible for the safety and comfort of guests enjoying our water facilities, ensuring the area remains a serene and clean environment. This role involves regular maintenance of the pool deck, monitoring water quality, and providing exceptional service to guests as they relax by the serenity of the white sands.

Key Requirements
Bachelor degree in Hospitality Business Administration or equivalent.
3 - 5 years of experience in pool maintenance or life-guarding.
Proficiency in water chemistry and pool cleaning procedures.
Excellent physical fitness and ability to work in outdoor environments.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Swahili or another language is a plus.
Must be a Tanzanian candidate.
Strong attention to detail regarding guest safety and facility cleanliness.
Proficiency in using basic office equipment and computer applications.
Certified in First Aid and CPR (preferred).
Friendly personality and strong communication skills for guest interaction.
