We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our construction and project sites. You will be responsible for ensuring that work is carried out according to specifications, on schedule, and within budget. The role involves managing site personnel, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations at our sites in Dar es Salaam and Mtwara.
The Site Supervisor must be a proactive leader who can solve problems on-site and maintain high-quality standards. You will provide regular progress reports to management and ensure that all resources are used efficiently. This position requires regular presence and supervision at project locations in both Dar es Salaam and Mtwara to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision or construction management.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse workforce.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment for all staff.
Good communication skills for reporting and team coordination.
Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting.
Must be willing to work at project sites in Dar es Salaam and Mtwara.
