ELECTRICAL ENGINEER @ MAGARE COMPANY LIMITED
Magare Company Limited is seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineer to support our expanding operations in mining and industrial projects. This role involves overseeing complex electrical systems, including LV/HV systems and motors, within demanding environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of electrical infrastructure, from installation to final commissioning, ensuring all professional standards are met. This position requires a professional registered with the ERB who possesses at least three years of direct experience in the mining sector. You must be prepared to work on-site at remote locations where your expertise in protection systems and supervision will be critical to the project success.
Key Requirements
3+ years’ experience in mining or industrial projects
ERB Registered Professional Engineer status
Strong knowledge of LV/HV systems
Expertise in MCCs, motors, and VSDs
Proficiency in electrical protection systems
Proven experience in electrical installation and supervision
Skilled in testing and commissioning of industrial systems
Willingness to work on remote mining or industrial sites
Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics
Strong health and safety awareness in mining environments
