We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Sales Person to join Maflower HR Consultancy. The primary focus of this role is to identify and approach potential clients, promoting our professional consultancy services effectively across the region. You will be expected to drive business growth by building strong professional relationships and expanding our client base.
The ideal candidate will conduct regular client visits and deliver professional presentations to showcase our solutions. You will be responsible for managing sales leads, following up on potential opportunities, and achieving monthly sales targets. Analytical reporting and maintaining a strong pipeline are key components of this position to ensure consistent performance and market penetration.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, HR or related field.
Proven experience in sales or business development is an added advantage.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Highly target-oriented and self-motivated professional.
Basic computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office.
Strong presentation skills for client interactions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
