Maflower HR Consultancy is looking for a dedicated HR Personnel to join our growing team in Tanzania. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, screening CVs, and coordinating candidate interviews to ensure we hire top-tier talent. You will play a crucial role in maintaining organizational compliance and operational efficiency.
Furthermore, this role involves managing essential HR documentation, preparing employment contracts, and assisting with onboarding processes for new hires. You will also be tasked with maintaining accurate employee records and supporting payroll operations to ensure statutory compliance within the Tanzanian business environment.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 1 year HR experience (internship experience accepted).
Solid knowledge of Tanzanian Labour Laws.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Excel and Word.
Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Capability to work independently under minimal supervision.
Experience with HR database management.
Attention to detail in documentation preparation.
