Maendeleo Bank Plc is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Affairs and Marketing Officer to join its dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing the bank's public image, coordinating communication strategies, and spearheading marketing initiatives to drive growth and brand awareness within the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing media relations, and ensuring consistent corporate messaging across all platforms. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or Business Administration.
3-5 years of professional experience in a communications or marketing role within banking or finance.
Proficiency in creative design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience in social media analytics and managing digital marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of Google Workspace for administrative and collaborative tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swahili.
Ability to develop and execute strategic public relations and marketing plans.
A postgraduate or professional certification such as CIM or Digital Marketing is an added advantage.
Proven ability to manage corporate events and stakeholder relations effectively.
Strong analytical skills to monitor market trends and competitor activities.
