EXPORT SALES MANAGER – DETERGENTS (EAST AFRICA MARKETS) @ MADAR EGYPT
We are looking for an Export Sales Manager to oversee our detergent export portfolio in Tanzania. This role is designed for a professional with deep experience in the East African trade landscape who can effectively manage distributors and drive sales initiatives from our Alexandria office while conducting extensive on-ground activities in Tanzania. You will be responsible for ensuring product availability and market dominance in the detergent category.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in export sales, preferably in FMCG.
Direct experience handling sales operations within the Tanzanian market.
Established network of reliable distributors and clients in Tanzania.
Strong negotiation, communication, and business development skills.
High degree of leadership and capability to manage remote territories.
Ability and willingness to travel frequently to Tanzania.
Full proficiency in English; ability to communicate in Swahili is a plus.
Expertise in creating market-specific sales and marketing plans.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict sales targets.
Strong understanding of export logistics and Tanzanian trade regulations.
