A leading company is seeking an Export Sales Manager to manage detergent sales operations within the Kenyan market. Although the headquarters are in Alexandria, the role is focused on aggressive market expansion and distributor management within Kenya. The candidate will be the primary point of contact for Kenyan business relations and will be responsible for meeting growth targets and implementing effective sales strategies.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in export sales management.
Prior experience in the detergents or FMCG industry is essential.
Proven track record of managing and expanding markets in Kenya.
Existing network of distributors and industry clients in Kenya.
Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel frequently to Kenya for business development.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Swahili is a distinct advantage.
Ability to develop strategic plans for market penetration.
Strong cross-cultural communication and relationship-building abilities.
Competency in analyzing sales data and market trends.
