Key Requirements
Holder of Doctor of Medicine or Bachelor in Health Sciences, Public Health, Statistics, or related field.
Master’s Degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in statistical software such as SPSS, STATA, or R for advanced data analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swahili.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex research data sets.
Ability to design research protocols and methodology for health-related studies.
Experience in preparing and managing research grants and institutional funding proposals.
High level of ethical standards when conducting research involving human subjects.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary academic team.
Proven ability to meet strict deadlines and produce high-quality research outputs for publication.
Familiarity with local and international health research regulations and guidelines.
